📋 Description

• Analyze, run, monitor, and maintain daily batch operations, FTP, and ETL processes for Medicare Part D enrollment processing • Troubleshoot job failures and research business and IT requests • Create and schedule jobs • Support production activities and assist with release deployments • Handle requests from internal and external customers, clients, and vendors while meeting service-level expectations • Partner with business, development, and infrastructure teams on projects, system upgrades, and maintenance requests • Track and manage assigned projects and infrastructure updates through successful completion • Organize and manage daily requests to meet or exceed service-level agreements • Provide technical and procedural direction to other team members • Participate in flexible-hours coverage and a 24x7 on-call operating model

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of proficiency with SSIS, SQL, DB2, UNIX, and UNIX variants in a large-scale environment • 1–3+ years of working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, networking protocols, batch scheduling, ETL, and FTP • 1–3+ years of experience in application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and enterprise-system troubleshooting • Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 1–3+ years of experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize work and manage assigned projects or infrastructure updates • Strong spoken and written communication skills • Strong analytical, reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities based on changing business needs • Ability and willingness to follow established procedural guidelines • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods and participate in a 24x7 on-call operating model • Ability to work the stated EST schedule: Monday and Friday 8am–4pm; Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm
