📋 Description

• Run reports and proactively monitor vendor results against contract requirements • Coordinate and lead weekly vendor performance calls • Represent vendor interests when discussing system changes and their impact on vendor performance • Review QuickBase for quality updates • Monitor QuickBase data for trends and determine whether additional training is necessary • Coordinate and participate in systems, process, and procedures training as needed • Identify process or system gaps and recommend improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in appropriate discipline, preferably a CMA or CCR role • Management Experience • Strong Communication Skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • Leadership experience preferred • Vendor Management experience preferred
