📋 Description

• Manage relationships and a healthy P&L across an existing portfolio of Direct, SOW, and MSP accounts • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed objectives by opening new doors, categories, and clients • Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives and programs • Develop creative strategies to achieve team targets • Partner with proposal teams on RFIs and RFPs • Conduct regular onsite client visits and build long-term relationships • Attend community networking events to develop additional business relationships • Collaborate with hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards • Serve as the escalation point for current clients • Track industry trends and identify portfolio growth opportunities • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education • 7+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development in IT/Engineering Staffing • 5+ years with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector • Experience managing enterprise accounts, MSP programs, SOW engagements, and direct-hire accounts • Experience building sales automation systems and processes and using technologies and AI to automate tasks and outreach • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and ATS platforms • Experience with a farming account management approach • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in client-facing business settings • Experience working with procurement teams, hiring leaders, department heads, and executive decision-makers • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
