📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems • Initially focus on the NetSuite environment, with scope expanding to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report systems • Define the structure, vision, roles, responsibilities, and growth paths for the Finance Systems function • Define, build, and optimize finance-system processes, methodologies, and tools • Set standards for system configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting • Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment • Manage and guide internal or external technical resources delivering NetSuite SuiteScript development, API integrations, and other technical solutions • Advocate for data-driven insights within Finance • Ensure Finance has the data needed for accurate reporting, analysis, and decision-making • Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders • Report to the Head of Finance Systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems • 7+ years of experience working with core finance systems • Deep functional and process knowledge across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement • Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration • Ideally, a working understanding of SuiteScript and integrations • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications • Experience implementing new finance systems or significantly scaling existing systems • Experience defining long-term vision and implementing tactical changes • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Engineering, and Operations • Experience designing and implementing rigorous, consistent, and efficient finance workflows • NetSuite Administrator certification is a bonus • Experience with finance systems supporting Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report is a bonus • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Hex is a bonus • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
