📋 Description

• Lead and supervise roof repair and replacement projects across Daniels facilities • Direct and mentor internal roofing crews • Oversee estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation • Plan daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment needs • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate • Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations • Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements • Work closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects • Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience • Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent • Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
