📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to drive adoption of Databricks platform • Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans • Lead post-technical win account strategy for major accounts • Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers • Handle technical issues related to go-live status of use cases • Leverage resources and escalate to experts when necessary • Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases into production • Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations and upgrades • Develop plans covering all customer-facing technical roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role • Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems • Understanding of business value attribution to project deliverables • Technical program or project management skills • Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives • Conducting discovery workshops and delivering complex programs/projects • Track record of overachievement against quota or goals • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
