📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting high-value accounts in the CME industry • Guide deals forward by aligning Databricks' solutions with the strategic goals of enterprise organizations • Collaborate with System Integrators to create comprehensive solutions for complex client needs • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients • Serve as the primary liaison between Databricks and organizations • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, with opportunities for accelerators above 100% quota attainment • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential within the vertical • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably with experience in the CME industry • Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with business objectives • Experience with CRM systems and enterprise sales methodologies
