📋 Description

• Engage across end-to-end project phases, from strategy to implementation, to solve complex data challenges • Define and document requirements • Analyze business processes • Support testing, training, and rollout efforts • Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches • Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments • Own and lead tasks that advance client success and firm growth • Cultivate long-term client relationships • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines • Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks • Passion for data as a strategic asset • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Polished client service abilities • Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements • Ability to map business processes with precision • Ability to set clear expectations and manage timelines and milestones • Ability to proactively report on risks, issues, and dependencies • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and stakeholder management • Ability to influence under ambiguity • Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles • Ability to work within the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones
