📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client engagements from kickoff through close • Manage two to four concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, deliverables, and client expectations • Lead project planning, estimation, and scoping with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services • Coordinate and prioritize work across internal and client teams • Coordinate staffing for assigned accounts and raise capacity and utilization issues • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes • Run delivery governance, including status reporting, steering updates, sprint and milestone reviews, and stakeholder communication • Create and maintain roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans • Maintain repositories and track project financial performance against forecast • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and protect client satisfaction • Surface expansion and follow-on opportunities to Sales and account leadership • Follow delivery processes, standards, and templates and suggest practical improvements • Partner with clients to understand business challenges and define deliverable requirements • Facilitate requirements and planning sessions and document acceptance criteria • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards • Review deliverables against acceptance criteria and flag quality, timeline, or adoption gaps • Take ownership of an assigned portfolio during the first six months and maintain clean plans, RAID logs, status, and financial tracking • Use AI tools as a standard part of preparing project artifacts while retaining judgment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience • At least 3–5 years as a project or delivery manager on client engagements • Consulting or professional-services background strongly preferred • Proven success running multiple engagements concurrently • Strong command of estimation, planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management • Experience tracking project financials, including budget vs. forecast, margin, and utilization • Working fluency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com, or comparable tools • Comfort with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery • Regular, practical use of AI tools for project artifacts and stakeholder updates, with accountability for accuracy • Excellent organization and time management • Clear verbal and written communication • Proactive, self-directed, and effective in a fully remote environment • Authorized to work in the United States • Willing and able to travel up to 15% • Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent preferred, but not required • Experience in data, analytics, or technology professional-services delivery preferred • Familiarity with professional-services operations, including staffing requests, utilization, work-in-progress, and change orders
