📋 Description

• Develop client-focused software products across a variety of platforms and business verticals • Work closely with leadership to create product development plans and lead agile techniques • Develop and lead an innovative software engineering team; establish focus, engage and inspire others, manage performance, and execute rapid product delivery • Work closely with leaders of many departments and product management to set and deliver against product roadmaps • Drive continuous delivery process improvements • Drive rapid, customer-focused product delivery • Bring a metrics-driven leadership style to the Datasite software engineering team • Develop trusted partnerships and collaborate with business leaders and decision makers • Maintain open and active communication with internal and external stakeholders • Operate within company cultural values of trust, teamwork, transition, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience • Minimum 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams and engineering managers • Experience leading large-scale SaaS products, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software solutions • Demonstrated success delivering complex technical initiatives in Agile environments • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience • Solid experience with Python / Java • Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience working with and building user facing features • Familiarity with AWS and its suite of services • Experience working with event-driven microservice architectures in production environments • Demonstrated experience in collaboration on features from the conceptual phase through to release • Experience with ElasticSearch or MongoDB is a bonus
