📋 Description

• Support implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities and tracking milestones • Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects • Partner with clients on program requirements, information gathering, onboarding, and implementation • Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams • Identify and escalate project risks, challenges, and opportunities • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend workflow, tool, and client-experience enhancements • Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts • Build expertise in digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields • 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles • Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical, operational, and client stakeholders • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product capabilities • No employment sponsorship available
