📋 Description

• Working closely with the CEO, you will act as the architect of the AI vision. • Lead and mentor the Task Force (engineers, developers, data scientists). • Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities. • Design and oversee large-scale change management strategies. • Support the sales team with high-level pitches.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology or services management, with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. • 3+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment is required. • Extensive experience driving large-scale digital or AI transformations. • Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem and its practical applications to solve business problems. • Proven track record managing high-performing technical and creative teams. • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational resistance. • Experience with public speaking at industry events and writing strategic content. • Ability to establish immediate credibility with C-level stakeholders.
