• Create, maintain, and regularly distribute reports related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation • Use computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data for analysis • Provide clinical insights and data trends for organizational projects and initiatives • Present data and collaborate with senior-level operators and clinic teammates • Synthesize results non-technically to inform leadership recommendations and next steps • Partner with cross-functional teams to socialize analytic findings and drive meaningful management results • Become a subject matter expert and thought partner in clinical and methodological areas • Travel approximately 1–2 times per year
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university; an analytic/quantitative discipline is strongly recommended • Demonstrated experience with data management and cleaning, data visualization, and data presentation • Ability to learn and develop proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, or other statistical software as needed • Experience working in a healthcare or public health setting • Proficiency querying large datasets using SQL or other software such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting software such as Tableau or PowerBI • Experience working with clinical data, including data extracted from electronic medical records • Ability to work independently as part of a high-performing team • Ability to deliver high-quality, precise work to leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer and other executives • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Effective communication of complex analyses in concise, simple terms
