📋 Description

• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for process improvement across the teammate lifecycle • Lead cross-functional projects to map, analyze, and redesign critical people processes • Identify process pain points and implement solutions that reduce friction and increase efficiency • Use hypothesis-based approaches, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and quantify opportunities • Apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly processes • Build relationships with leaders across the Village to champion process changes • Develop data-driven business cases and ensure adoption of new processes and tools • Use data analysis and storytelling to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact • Explore automation and streamlined workflows through technology • Provide process optimization guidance and tools to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, consulting, or HR transformation • Proven experience leading large-scale process optimization projects from concept through implementation with tangible, measurable impact • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and build relationships to influence and drive change across all levels of an organization • Strong capabilities in problem framing, hypothesis-based problem solving, and root cause analysis • Proficiency in human-centered design and experience using it to improve user/employee experiences • Exceptional ability in data synthesis and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive decisions • Experience leveraging automation and technology to solve complex process challenges preferred
