📋 Description

• Maintain day-to-day clinical quality and safety as Daymark scales its clinical operations • Support audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis • Own quality and safety metrics and reporting for clinical and executive leadership • Develop protocols and controls across in-person and virtual care settings • Partner with the VP of Clinical Operations and VP of Oncology Nursing & Supportive Care • Serve as point person for external audits and regulatory reviews • Review existing quality and safety protocols and documentation standards • Map the regulatory landscape and identify compliance gaps and deadlines • Enhance incident, near-miss, and quality-concern logging and triage • Update the quality and safety playbook • Implement quality and safety metrics reporting covering audit results, corrective actions, and care-model trends • Train clinical staff on safety protocols, incident reporting, and risk management • Monitor daily quality metrics across care teams, including AI implementation and quality • Travel across markets to support adherence to quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or clinical field • 3 to 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or safety management • At least 2 years in a supervisory or program-ownership capacity • Healthcare experience required • Cancer quality and safety experience preferred • Experience navigating audits from accrediting bodies is a plus • Ability to conduct root-cause analyses and translate findings into corrective actions • Experience building a quality or safety program • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and deliver constructive feedback • Strong organizational and communication skills • Preference for candidates based in the greater Boston or greater NYC area
