• Identify and develop new consulting business opportunities in enterprise IT, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. • Cross-selling staff augmentation when the opportunity arises. • Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position Yoh’s consulting capabilities as a solution • Create tailored service proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work) in collaboration with consulting, delivery, and subject matter experts. • Lead the sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and contract execution. • Also, represent Yoh at industry events and networking forums to expand brand awareness and establish thought leadership • Collaborate across Yoh divisions (e.g., talent, staffing, and solutions) to identify crosssell opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools, and deliver accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree or relevant advanced degree preferred • Five plus years in business development or sales for professional services, consulting, or IT solutions - required • Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks, with or without a reasonable accommodation: Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery.
