• Help lead the development of GC AI's cutting-edge AI platform • Shape how artificial intelligence transforms legal work • Serve as the technical cornerstone of AI initiatives • Work directly with the CTO and founding data engineer • Architect systems that push the boundaries of LLMs in the legal domain
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI systems • Deep expertise in LLM implementation and optimization • Strong track record of building production AI systems at scale • Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers • Strong foundation in TypeScript and modern software architecture • Nice to Have: Experience with RAG systems and LLM evaluation • Nice to Have: Familiarity with legal domain or legal text processing • Nice to Have: Track record of technical publications or open-source contributions • Nice to Have: Experience with multi-agent AI systems
