• Own and execute the complete sales cycle for Deel IT with SMB customers • Hunt and close net-new logos and negotiate complex commercial deals • Articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win customers • Build and maintain strong sales pipeline and partner with BDRs • Forecast sales accurately and manage pipeline gaps proactively • Collaborate with internal teams across the company to deliver results

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience (ideally in IT SaaS such as MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, or SaaS procurement) • Experience selling to SMB (up to 200 employees) and success as a net new logo hunter • Strong background in closing B2B software-led product deals • Ownership of complete sales cycle and ability to navigate complex commercial deals • Ability to build pipelines and partner with a BDR • Accurate sales forecasting and accountability • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience collaborating across teams in a growing company • Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment • English fluency (speak, read, and write)
