📋 Description

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement department, including strategy, direction, and governance: Shape the vision and strategy for the GTM Enablement department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Design and execute enablement strategies that increase the effectiveness of our GTM teams’ own business outcomes: Create and implement initiatives that enhance the productivity and success of our sales and customer success teams. • Establish department OKRs, metrics, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and enablement programs: Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize enablement programs, ensuring they drive desired business outcomes. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives: Foster collaboration and alignment across different departments to support the successful implementation of GTM strategies. • Support the scaling of our GTM efforts by developing scalable processes and leveraging technology: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness by creating scalable processes and utilizing appropriate technologies. • Serve as a thought leader and mentor: Provide guidance and support to team managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in a GTM Enablement role or similar. • 6+ years experience managing people across multiple teams. • Keen understanding of the GTM (Sales and Customer Success) audience. • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development. • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same. • Extensive experience with process design and monitoring, project management and project collaboration tools. • Can coach and provide feedback to senior team members, collaborators, and stakeholders. • Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools. • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions. • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' as a leader while able to dive into the weeds of a dynamic environment. • Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector.
