• Design and architect ServiceNow AI solutions • Implement AI-assisted and autonomous IT operations • Design AI/agentic workflows, conversational AI, and workflow automation • Automate incident triage, resolution, and service desk operations • Integrate ServiceNow with Moveworks AI Assistant • Develop knowledge generation and AI search capabilities • Establish AI governance, operating models, and risk and compliance practices • Collaborate with stakeholders on solution architecture and enterprise integration
