📋 Description

• Department Focus: Sales team driving growth and delivering best-in-class digital ordering solutions for customers. • Your Impact: Act as a trusted advisor to mid-sized restaurant chains across North America, helping them grow using Deliverect's API-first platform. • Prospect & Connect: Lead outbound prospecting and demand generation in your territory (minimum 50 outbound calls per day). • Consult & Advise: Conduct discovery, tailor presentations and workshops, and demonstrate deep product knowledge. • Win & Close: Manage full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature; navigate complex sales and negotiations. • Collaborate: Work with Sales Engineers, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Legal to orchestrate sales processes. • Optimize: Use HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting. • Succeed: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualification, and revenue. • Handover: Perform smooth handover of newly signed clients to Implementation Consultants for onboarding. • Report: Provide regular updates on sales activities, results, and forecasts to leadership. • Schedule: Full-time hybrid role—4 days in the Toronto office and 1 day from home.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Preferable experience with mid-market or enterprise merchants in the restaurant sector. • Demonstrable experience with a predominantly outbound sales model, successfully selling complex solutions to C-suite and other key decision-makers. • Fast learner with strong technical inclination (comfortable with digital ordering, APIs, custom integrations). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal English required. • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and collaborative environment; high motivation and independence. • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) and managing a sales pipeline. • Willingness/ability to make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day. • Must possess the legal right to work in the country where the role is based; some roles may require a background check.
