📋 Description

• Lead a small team of 2nd Line Customer Outcomes testers • Provide independent assurance over end-to-end customer outcomes across the Motor Finance Commissions programme through SSS and targeted risk-based testing • Support embedding the newly rolled-out 2nd Line QA framework and scorecard • Lead and oversee delivery of the 2nd Line QA testing plan, ensuring appropriate coverage of SSS and risk-based areas • Manage and coach the testing team, ensuring consistent application of the testing methodology and quality of judgements • Review and assure testing outcomes, particularly complex, high-risk or contentious cases • Identify and flag trends, systemic issues, customer detriment or emerging risks • Identify and recommend where expanded testing or deep dives should take place

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Financial Service QA, compliance monitoring, outcomes testing or assurance experience • Previous experience leading QA/assurance teams and overseeing case-based testing • Strong judgement with the ability to identify systemic risk and potential customer detriment • Confident senior stakeholder management, challenge and escalation skills
