📋 Description

• Maintain and grow the revenue base through upselling, account retention, and improved financial outcomes at renewal • Strategically and proactively manage accounts, balancing client and business needs • Create renewal strategies and rate recommendations based on financial analysis • Manage the pipeline with a 2+ year outlook and drive revenue-growth opportunities • Lead deal strategy using market knowledge in collaboration with cross-functional peers • Create presentations and conduct business reviews explaining product value to existing customers • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams • Coordinate account service and develop partnerships with external stakeholders • Resolve customer concerns and identify opportunities to expand or enhance services and processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits and a bachelor’s degree • Advanced business math and analytical skills • Consultative selling and negotiation skills • Ability to influence decision-makers • Strong time management skills and experience managing overlapping projects under tight deadlines • Ability to meet deliverables under pressure • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal business presentations • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization • Advanced problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration ability • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight travel • Ability to use a personal vehicle and cover related expenses until reimbursed • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce • Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle record check • Automobile liability insurance with limits of $250,000/$500,000 • State life and health producer license required within 90 days of hire • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Delta Dental will not sponsor applicants for work visas
