📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, JMeter, and Postman • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality • Analyze test results and recommend improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Drive adoption of QA best practices and continuous process improvement • Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Cypress and TypeScript, JMeter, Jest, Postman, SQL/DB, and Jira • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools • Proficient in writing and executing complex test cases and test scripts • Expertise in end-to-end, API, and performance/load testing • Familiarity with source/version control such as Git • Familiarity with AWS CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Located in Ontario, Canada, preferably Toronto • Authorization to work in the U.S. is referenced through E-Verify and Form I-9 requirements
