📋 Description

• Solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs • Review information requests for specialized products and services and promote and sell them based on client needs and business objectives • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures • Establish advisory relationships by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services • Review client needs and compile and analyze data • Handle requests and follow up as needed • Listen to member/client needs and propose personalized solutions • Help identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement • Stay current on standards, products, and services in the field

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of one year of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Advanced proficiency in English is required due to the nature of the duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients • Interpersonal savvy is essential • Tech savvy • Situational adaptability • Nimble learning
