📋 Description

• Review claims and establish guidelines for the claims settlement process • Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for medium-complexity claims settlement • Help develop technical skills • Use decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems • Prepare action plans based on claim reviews • Provide technical support for contract enforcement • Help claims advisors develop their technical skills • Analyze and approve claims settlements • Conduct research and serve as a resource person • Propose solutions to conflicts and situations outside claims advisors' scope of authority • Revise independent adjuster claims

🎯 Requirements

• Trade school diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel • Available to travel throughout the Greater Gaspésie region
