📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the organization • Help maximize operational productivity • Perform data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity • Perform administrative and follow-up tasks supporting day-to-day operations • Help carry out operational and administrative processes • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics • Collect, enter, modify, compile, and code data • Coordinate the unit’s activities • Provide information about processes and procedures • Help prepare presentations and related documents • Serve as a resource person for administrative and operational matters • Help process information and solve simple, everyday issues • Respond to administrative and operational questions

🎯 Requirements

• Trade school diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Drive results • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability • Tech savvy
