📋 Description

• Prepare premium quotes and issue insurance contracts • Assess the specific needs of each member and client • Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage and promote personalized services • Follow up on files • Analyze renewals requiring special underwriting • Correct contracts as needed • Take First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls from clients after accidents or property damage • Assess clients’ mental and physical state and react accordingly • Record detailed loss information to create claims files • Reassure clients during their time of need

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma preferred • A minimum of two years of strong client service experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
