📋 Description
• Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives • Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs supporting strategic projects and initiatives • Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies • Represent the unit before decision-making bodies • Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations • Lead and influence development projects and complex, innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors • Develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions • Advise on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives • Serve as expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Extensive knowledge of the relevant field • Ability to develop business plans, business intelligence and strategic directions • Ability to analyze and diagnose major organizational issues • Ability to advise senior management and decision-making bodies • Interpersonal savvy and stakeholder coordination skills • Strategic mindset, customer focus, decision quality, action orientation and nimble learning
