📋 Description

• Provide user support and assistance for IT applications, including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management • Keep IT equipment up and running, particularly through server administration • Lead complex and innovative development projects and strategic initiatives • Make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives • Lead specialized development projects, initiatives and activities that significantly impact the entire organization • Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution and monitoring of complex projects and initiatives • Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support strategic projects and initiatives • Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies • Represent the unit before decision-making bodies • Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations • Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for decision-making bodies • Coordinate with stakeholders working in many other fields

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of six years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor • Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Strategic mindset
