📋 Description

• Primarily support clients in the inbound call queue • Invoke trust and build strong client relationships • Determine individual investment needs • Provide professional advice to help ensure clients’ financial goals are met • Support clients with portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, and withdrawals • Fulfill sales and service activities for customers in accordance with approved procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, OR a post-secondary degree or diploma • Completed the core proficiency components for IR licensing, including Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) • Familiarity with common wealth management strategies and their relative strengths and weaknesses • Excellent communication, time management, and listening skills • Strong verbal and written language skills in both French and English preferred
