Upon achieving 100% performance in the initial term, the contract will be extended, and the fractional hours will double, with a revised expectation of six new clients per quarter.

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business development within the Non-Profit sector. • Established Network: A ready book of business in the targeted sectors is required. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment services and the North American market is an asset. • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote, results-driven environment. • Tech Savvy: Proficient with remote work tools and comfortable managing responsibilities using your home office setup.
