📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals • Responsible for development and maintenance (corrective and evolutionary) of web applications • Development of REST API solutions using Java technology • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging • Provide leadership, mentor and guide team members • Work within Agile - Scrum methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent • Advanced Knowledge of Java Programming • Knowledge of Spring Framework • Proficiency in using Hibernate or Java Persistence API (JPA) for ORM • Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs • Knowledge of relational databases like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices (Spring Cloud or similar) • Knowledge of Agile - Scrum project methodologies • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Strong soft skills: leadership, team management, effective communication, mentoring and guiding team members
