📋 Description

• PM and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and components • Respond to and perform emergency and preventative maintenance with detailed reports and strong customer service • Strong drive for customer satisfaction • Recover, recycle, store, and dispose of refrigerants according to environmental regulations. • Perform minor electrical repairs (controls, contactors, motors, wiring) • Perform preventative maintenance programs on equipment • Ability to price and scope out reactive repairs and small projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years' work experience in HVAC field • G Driver’s license with clean abstract (required) • Gas Fitters G1 or G2 (G1 Preferred) • 313A Journeyman Refrigeration/ HVAC (required) • Strong BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems will be an asset. • Experience with Installation of HVAC related equipment will be an asset • Fall Protection (preferred) • Confined Space (preferred) • Elevated Work Platform (preferred) • Lock out Tag Out Qualification (preferred)
