• Reporting to the Manager, Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for carrying out activities related to the Quality Program (QP) and providing support to operational teams. • Participate in the development and implementation of quality programs. • Design and implement audit system configurations for projects as well as associated Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). • Lead kickoff and follow-up meetings with site operations teams. • Deliver initial training and provide ongoing support. • Participate in operational site visits. • Collaborate with operational teams to resolve compliance and quality issues. • Ensure follow-up on corrective actions and improvement plans arising from audits and inspections. • Analyze audit results and performance indicators.
• College diploma, university certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent training in a relevant field. • At least two (2) years of experience in quality assurance in a production or food manufacturing environment. • OR at least two (2) years of experience in the food service and remote lodging sector. • Good knowledge of industrial quality control standards. • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety requirements. • Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) and a satisfactory driving record.
