📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. • Provide scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services. • Perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory. • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to established procedures. • Schedule services and complete all required paperwork. • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures. • Perform component-level hardware repairs and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Perform preventive maintenance and refill consumables as directed. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage. • Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements. • Must be available to work nights and/or weekends and some holidays. • You will be working in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold and/or rain and snow.
