📋 Description

• Recruit participants by providing high-quality, professional, and empathetic service • Make calls to and respond to calls from potential participants • Conduct telephone pre-screenings of participants and schedule appointments • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies • Participate in recruitment activities (job fairs, information booths, telephone calls, inquiries, and presentations)

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and ability to work under pressure • Resourcefulness, autonomy, and initiative • Comfortable working with multiple computer applications and systems • Vocational or college diploma • Experience or training in the medical or healthcare field (e.g., medical secretary, licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, or other relevant experience) • Clinical research experience is an asset • Any other relevant experience will be considered
