📋 Description

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities • Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs • Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions • Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention • Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of successful sales experience • Confidence in prospecting and generating leads • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment • Bilingual English/Spanish required • Active P&C License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire • Experience with CRM systems • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
