• Own and develop the brand in the Rio de Janeiro region. • Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities, managing a strong sales pipeline. • Maintain close, ongoing relationships with the client portfolio, identifying needs and business opportunities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service. • Resolve issues and monitor execution of requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Identify new sales opportunities within the client base and prospect additional contacts within organizations. • Contribute to preparing commercial proposals and presentations, aligning them with clients' objectives. • Participate in industry events and commercial representations to promote the brand and products. • Negotiate contracts, timelines, and commercial terms strategically and to mutual benefit.
