📋 Description

• Partner with global customers to identify and document success criteria while developing comprehensive implementation schedules that meet every strategic objective. • Scope API needs and define sophisticated workflows to empower customers to initiate development efforts with confidence. • Develop seamless connections to third-party platforms and automate data transfer workflows using Docebo Connect (powered by Workato technology). • Craft custom SQL queries to be installed on customer platforms, turning raw data into actionable insights through bespoke reporting. • Lead the configuration and troubleshooting of critical integrations, including Salesforce, Single Sign-on (SSO), and various web conferencing tools. • Manage ongoing project documentation and implementation cycles to ensure every team stays within utilization and budget targets. • Create and maintain new best practices and technical documentation that guarantee a world-class onboarding experience for every client.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role where you’ve mastered the art of solving complex problems. • You have a solid technical foundation (BS/BE or equivalent) with at least a year of experience in roles like Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Systems Integration. • You are comfortable working with Rest APIs and navigating HTTP clients like Postman to test and refine web services. • You possess a basic knowledge of SQL and middleware automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Mulesoft. • You are proficient in both English and German (written and spoken).
