• Condurre attività di Solution Selling e presentare le nostre soluzioni a cliniche, ospedali e assicurazioni • Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: prospecting, presentazioni, negoziazione e chiusura • Sviluppare e gestire la rete sanitaria convenzionata • Intavolare trattative con stakeholder clinici e assicurativi per promuovere l’adozione delle nostre soluzioni • Collaborare con il team di prodotto per migliorare la proposta in base al feedback di mercato • Attività commerciali sul territorio: visite clienti in tutta Italia (circa 50% del tempo) e trasferte occasionali a Roma o Bologna
• Minimo 4 anni di esperienza in vendite B2B o gestione reti cliniche in ambito assicurativo • Conoscenza approfondita dei flussi di gestione sinistri/claim • Network attivo nel settore delle cliniche convenzionate • Forte orientamento commerciale e capacità di negoziazione • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o simili • Italiano madrelingua e inglese intermedio (B1+) • (Nice to have) Esperienza in ambito SaaS o healthtech • (Nice to have) Esperienza in ruoli ibridi tra sales e gestione convenzioni • (Nice to have) Autonomia e proattività nella gestione di progetti complessi
