📋 Description

• Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actual results, trends and plans; • Review and analyze operational and renewal data; • Provide variance analyses and insightful recommendations to enable effective decision-making; • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives; • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing and CS data processes and operations; • Act as a liaison among multiple internal stakeholders and partners across the organization — we are a global company, after all.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Sales/Customer Success • Extensive use of HubSpot • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies • Proficiency in English — you will use it daily! • Experience in agile environments. • It's even better if you... • Have experience at tech companies/startups (especially B2B SaaS for SMBs) • Have advanced SQL skills • Have worked with Salesforce • Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
