📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise business applications, with a strong focus on Oracle NetSuite and related Finance solutions • Design and support integrations across NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake and other enterprise applications • Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into scalable solutions and integration designs • Develop and maintain integration specifications, data mappings, interface documentation, process flows and current/future-state solution diagrams • Evaluate whether requirements should be addressed through configuration, integration, automation or application development, while minimizing unnecessary customization • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve interoperability between systems • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis across systems, interfaces and data flows • Support integration controls including error handling, monitoring, logging, reconciliation and operational support procedures • Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, external implementation partners and vendors to review solutions and clarify requirements • Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment and post-implementation stabilization • Develop queries, scripts and technical utilities for analysis, troubleshooting, data validation and automation • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle from discovery through operational transition • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer • Investigate emerging enterprise application capabilities and identify improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • Approximately 5+ years of experience working with enterprise business applications, systems integration, solution design or similar technology functions • Strong experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle NetSuite • Experience supporting or integrating ERP, CRM, Finance, data or other enterprise SaaS platforms • Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, data mapping and transformation, error handling, and integration patterns • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities • Experience with SQL and relational data is an asset • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another enterprise CRM platform is an asset • Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform is an asset • Experience with NetSuite technologies such as SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and SuiteScript is an asset • Experience with iPaaS or middleware technologies is an asset • Understanding of Finance processes such as accounts payable, expense management, general ledger, banking and financial integrations is an asset • Experience working with external implementation partners and vendors • Understanding of the SDLC, change management, and IT service management practices • Excellent documentation, facilitation and communication skills • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, business processes and system relationships
