• Lead the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions for complex, organization-wide initiatives • Partner with business analysts, project managers, subject matter experts, team leaders, and stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps • Clarify and curate content, establish learning objectives, and recommend learning approaches grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices • Develop learning solutions supporting adoption of new and enhanced technologies, business processes, and workflows • Improve instructional design processes, templates, standards, and ways of working • Manage learning deliverables from discovery and analysis through design, development, launch, and evaluation • Establish project plans, timelines, and measures of success • Communicate recommendations, progress, risks, and decisions • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to validate requirements, navigate differing perspectives, and influence decisions • Develop resources supporting broader learning and development initiatives in partnership with the Employee Programs team • Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, stakeholder input, adoption measures, and available data • Refine learning approaches and resources to improve engagement, accessibility, knowledge retention, and practical application
• Undergraduate degree in adult education, instructional design, organizational development, business, project management, or a related field, and up to four years of progressive and relevant experience • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Thorough knowledge and practical application of ADDIE, adult learning principles, needs assessment, measurable learning objectives, instructional and content design, facilitation, implementation planning, and learning evaluation best practices • Experience building simulations, gamified learning, microlearning, just-in-time solutions, job aids, infographics, videos, and animation/motion graphics • Advanced project management and change management skills • Ability to manage concurrent tasks and projects with leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders • Expertise building reports and dashboards combining project indicators with learning measures • Experience using RACI tables, RAID and decision logs, process maps, and weighted decision-making matrices • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills • Experience working with executives, vendors, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders • Proficient with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Audacity, SnagIt, learning management systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Office • Project management certification or equivalent credential is an asset
