• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts to understand product functionality, enhancements, and release roadmaps • Translate business and technical product requirements into engaging learning experiences for employees, partners, and customers • Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, user guides, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles • Create structured learning paths and onboarding programs for consultants, customer support teams, implementation partners, and customers • Develop product certification programs, assessments, and knowledge checks • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to support new product launches through enablement materials and training programs • Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System, keeping materials current and aligned with product releases • Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to identify learning gaps and continuous improvement opportunities • Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions for employees, customers, and partners • Monitor training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessment results, and learning analytics • Ensure training materials follow company branding, instructional design best practices, and adult learning principles • Support customer adoption initiatives with scalable training resources that improve product knowledge and user engagement
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning & enablement, customer education, or a related role • Experience developing training content for software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology solutions • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, learner-focused content • Experience creating e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning • Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation techniques • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience working in Agile product environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba is considered a strong asset • Experience developing customer-facing education programs and certification pathways • Familiarity with video creation, screen recording, and multimedia learning content development • Experience supporting product launch, adoption, and change management initiatives • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content publishing standards
