• Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and manage ongoing audits • Implement and monitor HIPAA technical safeguards • Conduct and coordinate regular penetration testing • Complete vendor security reviews • Implement and enforce security policies • Respond to security incidents • Build security automation and monitoring • Collaborate with engineering teams • Stay current on emerging threats
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of information security experience in production environments • Healthcare or fintech background required • Hands-on technical ability • Deep experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent compliance frameworks • Familiarity with AWS security controls • Strong communicator • Proactive problem-solver • Collaborative partner
