🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in non-QM mortgage wholesale sales with at least 5 years in the mortgage industry. • Proven ability to lead and grow mortgage sales pipelines and broker partnerships. • Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
