• Analysis of user behavior, conversion funnels and customer journeys using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo or Shopify Analytics • Derivation of insights and hypotheses to improve conversion rates and CLV • Building and maintaining a testing roadmap to prioritize and plan A/B and multivariate tests • Development of test concepts including hypothesis, goal, KPI and test design • Collaboration with design (UI/UX) and development for implementation of tests in the store • Quality assurance before and during live tests to ensure valid data and user experiences • Analysis of results, derivation of recommendations for action & documentation of learnings • Rollout of successful test variants in the live store • Building an internal “CRO Knowledge Base” with learnings & best practices • Sharing insights with other teams (App, Amazon, CRM) to optimize the customer experience across channels • Development & optimization of landing pages along the customer journey • Responsibility for copywriting & messaging in the funnel – tailored to target groups & purchase phases • Close collaboration with CRM, performance marketing, and product design for a holistic experience
• 3+ years experience in conversion optimization, growth marketing or e-commerce • Very good understanding of A/B testing, UX optimization & data-driven work • Experience with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Optimize, VWO or Convert • Basic technical understanding (Shopify, tagging, data structures) • Structured, analytical working style with a focus on impact & ROI • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, development & marketing • Very good German and English skills (international team environment) • Nice-to-haves: Experience in beauty, lifestyle or DTC e-commerce • Basic knowledge in Figma, copywriting or data visualization (e.g. Looker Studio) • Experience with experimentation frameworks & statistical significance
