📋 Description

• Own data integrity across Salesforce, ensuring contract terms and sales documentation are translated correctly into the system. Lead initiatives to strengthen data governance, streamline workflows, and ensure Salesforce remains a reliable system of record for contracts and revenue. • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, recommend enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient workflow and reduce risk. • Build scalable end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to order fulfillment and customer success. • Manage provisioning of new subscriptions, renewals, and upsells to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with revenue recognition standards. Aligning cross-functionally to align revenue forecasting, pipeline management and pricing strategies. • Establish CRM infrastructure and data governance to drive insights and performance tracking. Partnering with Data Analytics to drive reporting dashboards. • Select and implement technology stack (CRM, CPQ, analytics, etc.) to streamline sales and reporting • Serve as a go-to resource for the Salesforce process. Provide guidance on Salesforce usage, data quality standards, and operational best practices, while mentoring peers and contributing to team-wide enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or related roles • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (reporting, data management, and workflow optimization) • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience turning complex data into business insights, process improvements and commitment to data accuracy • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance detail orientation with strategic perspective • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset • A proactive mindset, with a track record of driving initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. • Exposure to Operations best practices and tools
