📋 Description

• Execute approved programs from initial build through launch, ongoing monitoring, and closeout • Configure approved offers and campaign requirements and complete pre-launch quality assurance • Maintain the operating calendar across launches, game builds, offer updates, active program periods, and reporting dates • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer requirements • Monitor live programs for delivery, promotional costs, data completeness, and operational performance • Escalate issues with clear context, impact, ownership, and recommended next steps • Track and report revenue and sales metrics, including week-over-week and forecast comparisons • Document and improve repeatable processes and identify opportunities to automate established workflows

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field • Experience in lottery, gaming, or another regulated consumer business is a plus • Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, game launches, or comparable operational workflows from setup through completion • Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data, timelines, customer audiences, terms, and launch requirements • Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance, investigate unexpected results, and identify issues that require escalation • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy • Comfort working with business intelligence, spreadsheet, workflow, or data activation tools • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
